1 or 61 times per month? You decide!

How often do you review and update your company’s cash flow forecast? Once a week? Once a month? Several times a day?

There are no right or wrong answers – it all depends on the circumstances of your company.

If you are planning major investments or some of your most important projects are behind schedule, you may want to review your forecasts more often. If you have a substantial “safety buffer” and your projects on schedule, you may check in less often.

During July, some users of Tailwind reviewed their forecasts only once. Most checked in once or twice every week but the most active user logged in 61 times.

And all of them saved a lot of time as thanks to smart automation and visualization, forecasting with Tailwind requires up to 10x less time than if you are using a spreadsheet.

How often do you review the cash flow forecast of your company? Do you do it on your own or together with your team? Has the frequency increased or decreased during last few months or years?
