Yes, you will receive an invoice to your registered email address after every payment. You can also download your invoices via Settings -> Subscription

If your company is registered in any EU country except Latvia and has a valid VAT taxpayer registration number, please enter it when adding your card details and no VAT will be charged.

In other cases, VAT will be added to the subscription price.

Latvia is an exception because our company Tailwind Technologies SIA is registered in Latvia.

Should you decide that you no longer need your Tailwind subscription, please go to Settings-> Subscription-> Manage my subscription.

When you cancel your subscription, you will be able to keep using all features of Tailwind until the date when the next payment would have been due.

After this date, you will have read-only access which means you won’t be able to add or edit transactions in your forecast.

You can also delete your account (Settings->Company->Delete my account) but this will mean all your forecasts, bank connections and other data are deleted and cannot be restored.
